Sarah Hickman is a self-taught hand lettering artist and illustrator based in Kansas City. Looking for a creative outlet after having her first child, she stumbled upon bullet journaling. This hobby led to a passion for hand lettering and illustration. Sarah started sharing her artwork online, gaining more experience and countless unexpected opportunities to improve her skills. She uses her inspiration from retro art, animals and children's book illustrations to create playful, colorful and optimistic artwork. 

Sarah is the mom of two mega adorable little boys, and wife of a charming husband. She loves to be outside and to play and/or watch sports. She's a fan of all word puzzle games and jigsaw puzzles alike. Sarah hopes her artwork will bring smiles, encouragement, and joy to all!
