Featured Artist Directory

Every piece we make starts with an artist.

For more than forty years, our family-owned studio in Johnston, Rhode Island has worked with a growing community of independent illustrators, painters, photographers, and designers — turning original artwork into canvas prints, framed giclées, throw pillows, and floor mats, each one printed to order and made in the USA.

This directory is where you can meet our featured artists. Browse alphabetically to find an artist you already know, or take your time and discover someone new. You'll find whimsical animal portraits and quiet coastal landscapes, bold abstract color and hand-lettered typography, botanical studies, farmhouse signage, and fine art classics. Every artist listed here has their own collection page with a catalog of available work.

Our roster grows regularly as new artists join and new designs launch, so it's worth checking back.

Lucia Heffernan

"My body of work is an expression and exploration of my lifelong fascination with animals. Though my paintings, I seek to give animals a voice and a personality, while making light of our uniquely human existence. By imagining what animals might do if put in human situations, I stage tableaus that shine a spotlight on both their innocence and raw instinct. This collision between animal and human sensibilities creates a whimsical, theatrical, and often humorous world that viewers can relate to on an emotional level.

A graphic designer by trade and an oil painter by design, I am continually experimenting with different styles of contemporary realism that balance my artistic sensibilities, technique, and unique sense of humor. As I evolve, what remains constant is my respect for the animals that inspire me, and my desire to bring a smile to the face of every viewer."

Carol Robinson

Carol Robinson is a native of Salt Lake City, Utah, but through the whirlwinds of life, relocated to Alberta, Canada; where she learned to love small-town life, embrace winter in all its glory, climb the Rocky Mountains on a weekly basis, and live and breathe hockey. Carol feels that through creating artwork for various clients and keeping up with the hottest trends, she has grown more as a hands-on artist than she ever did as an art student. Lessons learned as a professional artist have been invaluable and stretched her abilities far beyond anything she could have imagined. Carol loves to experiment, and often combines many mediums with digital art to create her diverse looks. She has added photography to the mix and enjoys seeing the world anew through a lens as well as through her already keen artistic eye. Carol says that "virtually everything I see can inspire a piece of artwork and it is a marvelous way to look at our world."
