Ordering & Payment Questions
How can I place an order?
All orders for Stupell Home Decor must be placed directly on our website. We do not accept any payments by phone or email.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards.
How long does it take to process my order?
All Stupell Industries' products are print-on-demand and typically take one business day to print after the order is received. Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Business days are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST.
Stupell Industries’ offices are closed on the following holidays: Independence Day, Memorial Day, Victory Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Please reach out to Customer Service as soon as possible. We typically process incoming orders by the next Business day. We are unable to cancel or modify an order once a tracking number has been generated.
How can I find out about upcoming promotions or sales?
Please check out our social media pages for upcoming sales and promotions. We are looking to start notifying customers about upcoming promotions through our email newsletters in the near future.
I am looking to buy artwork in bulk, do you offer any discounts?
We offer wholesale purchasing through Faire, which you can access via our Wholesale Options page on Stupell.com. We are actively looking into new methods to offer bulk discounts for wholesale customers.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarding Companies.
What is your free shipping policy?
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to the continental United States. Please note that we only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. Please feel free to check Amazon Marketplace for faster shipping rates. Please check back in the future.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. This will allow you to track your package and see the estimated delivery date. All orders ship from Johnston, RI and should take up to 5 business days to arrive. If you encounter any problems with your tracking number, please contact Stupell Industries' customer service team.
What shipping services do you use?
We use FedEx and UPS as our primary shipping services at Stupell Industries. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Box or Freight Forwarding Locations. We are unable to change any shipping destinations once the order has been placed. Please reach out to our customer service team if you encounter any issues with the delivery of your package.
What do I if my shipment arrived damaged?
We understand receiving a damaged shipment is one of the most frustrating experiences with online shopping. Stupell Industries wants to make the process easy for you. Please contact our customer service team within one week of the shipment’s delivery date to report a damaged shipment. Please have a photograph of the shipping container and product readily available when you file your claim. Our customer service team will review your claim and follow up with additional steps.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
You can return unused products up to 30 days from the tracking delivery date. Please reach out to our customer service team to file a return request. Stupell Industries is not responsible for any returns sent to the shipping facility without a return claim. All personalized and custom products are final sale only and cannot be returned. Once a return has been received, it will take 2-3 business days for it to be approved and refunded. Stupell Industries is not responsible for bank processing times for approved refunds. Stupell Industries does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only offer shipping to the continental United States.

I’d like to promote my artwork online—how can I share my Stupell products with my audience?
We’d love to support you in promoting your work! Please reach out to our licensing manager for more information. In some cases, we may be able to create a dedicated page featuring your products that you can share directly with your audience.
I’m an artist and don’t see some of my older products on the website—where did they go?
We’re gradually adding both new and existing products to our website, which means some designs may not appear right away. However, your products are still actively listed and available for purchase across our various online marketplaces. We appreciate your patience as we continue to build out and update our site!
I just licensed new artwork—when will it appear on Stupell.com?
All newly licensed products are placed in a queue for upload to Stupell.com. While there may be a delay before they appear on the site, they are typically listed on our various online marketplaces shortly after the product creation process is complete. We appreciate your excitement and thank you for your patience as we continue rolling out new designs!
How can I be featured in Stupell’s Artist Spotlight or Collection?
We love highlighting the talent behind our artwork! If you're interested in being part of our featured artist catalog or spotlight, please reach out to our licensing manager. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we're always excited to consider new opportunities to showcase our artists.
I found my artwork on your site but don’t recall licensing it—what should I do?
We take these inquiries very seriously. If you believe your artwork is being used without your permission, please contact us directly. We will thoroughly investigate the image and the source of its licensing, and follow up with you as soon as possible. Your rights as an artist are important to us, and we’re committed to resolving any concerns promptly.
General Product Questions
Are your products exclusive to Stupell.com?
While we are working hard to offer our full collection on Stupell.com, our products are also available on most major online marketplaces and in select retail stores across the United States and Canada. Stupell.com may offer sizes and formats that do not currently exist on our marketplaces.
However, please note that we are unable to manage orders or returns made through these third-party retailers via the Stupell.com website. For assistance with those purchases, we recommend reaching out directly to the platform or store where the order was placed.
Do you hold items in inventory?
No, we do not hold items in inventory. All of our products are printed to order, allowing us to provide each customer with a fresh, high-quality print every time.
How is your artwork printed?
All of our products are printed on demand. We use commercial quality printers with high quality inks on various surfaces like canvas, paper and polyester.

Are all of your products made in the United States?
All of our Wall Art Products are made in the United States. Our printed pillows and floor mats are sourced overseas and printed in the United States.
Custom and Personalized Products
Do you offer custom sizing?
Currently, we do not offer any custom sizes outside of our print on demand program.
What are the image requirements for custom print items?
To ensure the best print quality, please follow these image guidelines:
- Submit images at 300 DPI (dots per inch) for optimal resolution.
- Image dimensions must match the final product size.
- For artwork or physical images, scan the original instead of photographing it with a phone, as phone photos may distort color and detail.
Do you make any touch ups or corrections to custom products?
Stupell does not make any edits to custom imagery outside of the interface available to the customer. If we find that the imagery is too small to fit to our product we will use an AI Upscaling service as a last resort.
I'm unsure if my image is high enough quality for printing—can someone review it before my order is processed?
Of course! Please reach out to our customer service team to have us review your image. Please note our team has limited hours so it may take 1 business day to respond.
Are there any restrictions to custom products?
Yes, there are certain restrictions for custom print submissions. We are unable to print sexually explicit content, artwork that includes hateful, offensive, or discriminatory language, or any designs that you do not personally own or have the legal rights to reproduce. This includes copyrighted material, images found online, or modified versions of existing artwork featured on the Stupell website. We reserve the right to decline any custom order that does not meet these standards.
Can you alter or modify an artwork listed on your site?
We cannot make custom alterations or adjustments to artwork available in our standard product line. We are actively working to get our personalizable and customizable products live on Stupell.com.
Custom Prints by Stupell Home Decor are currently available through Amazon.
What is the return policy for custom printed items?
We strongly recommend following our detailed ordering instructions when submitting custom designs. If you experience any issues with the quality of the print you receive, please contact Stupell Industries—we’re happy to review the matter. While we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue, we reserve the right to deny returns or replacements for custom products if low-quality imagery was provided at the time of purchase.
How long does it take to create a custom print?
We try to stick to our standard 1-3 business day lead time for all of our products. If we run into any issues with image quality, it may take up 5 business days to correct and ship.
My custom printed product arrived with a contact us card. What should I do?
Our printing team noticed that the image quality you have uploaded is too poor. Since some online marketplaces have strict shipping and cancellation rules we would like you to contact us to discuss a resolution.
Wall Art Questions
What types of Wall Art do you offer?
Our product line currently consists of Stretched Canvas, Floating Frame Canvas, Framed Giclee Prints, Prints under Glass (PET-G) and Wall Plaques.
How do I choose the right size and orientation for my print?
Be sure to measure the area where you plan to install wall art. Most of our products are sized by length and width. Please note that our Floating Frame Canvas adds approximately 1 inch to both dimensions.
Can products be printed in a size or format not available on the product listings?
We appreciate your interest, but we’re unable to accommodate custom sizes or formats. While we operate on a print-on-demand model, our products are not printed to order and are only available in the sizes and formats listed.
How do I hang my Wall Art?
All of our wall art formats are designed for easy, hardware-free hanging. Canvas, Framed Giclée, and Floating Frame Canvas products can be hung by placing two screws or nails into the wall, spaced to match the top edge of the piece. Then, simply rest and balance the back of the product on the fasteners—no additional hardware is needed.
Print Under Glass Frames feature a pre-installed sawtooth hanger at the top, allowing them to be hung using a single standard screw or nail.
Wall Plaques feature a pre-drilled keyhole at the top, allowing them to be hung using a single standard screw or nail for a secure and flush mount.
How do I care for and maintain my Wall Art?
To clean your artwork gently wipe it with a non-abrasive cloth. Please keep in mind that any wall art placed in direct sunlight is subject to fading.
Can my Wall Art be placed in my bathroom or outdoors?
Please keep in mind that our Wall Art is not weather proof and humidity can affect the print overtime. If artwork is placed in a bathroom we recommend wiping it dry with a non-abrasive cloth if moisture starts to build up.
What is the difference between Stretched Canvas and Floating Frame Canvas?
Our stretched canvas consists solely of the printed canvas stretched over an interior wooden frame. The Floating Frame Canvas uses that same stretched canvas, mounts it permanently within an outer frame, and leaves a small gap between the canvas and its frame.
What is a Framed Giclée print?
Our framed Giclée prints are high-quality reproductions on textured paper or canvas. Each print is permanently mounted to an MDF board, which is secured inside a 1-inch box frame.
Do any of your framed products include a clear covering?
Our Print Under Glass products are the only frames that currently include a clear covering made out of PET-G Plastic. Curious why we still call it "Print Under Glass?" Check out the next question for details.
Why is it called "Print Under Glass" when the covering is PET-G Plastic?
We use the name “Print Under Glass” because it describes the sleek, high-end look you’ll see on the finished piece — crystal-clear protection with the feel of traditional framing glass. Instead of actual glass, we use PET-G, a premium, shatter-resistant material that offers the same clarity as glass but is lighter, safer, and more durable for shipping and everyday use.
By choosing PET-G, your art arrives protected without the risk of cracks or sharp edges, making it a better option for homes, offices, and family spaces. It’s everything you love about glass, with the added benefit of being more practical and long-lasting.
Can the frames be removed or replaced?
All of our frames come permanently fixed to the artwork and are not designed to be removed or replaced.
Can I purchase just the frame without the artwork?
We appreciate your interest, but our frames are custom-fit and permanently attached to the artwork as part of the finished product. At this time, we do not offer frames for individual sale.
What is a Wall Plaque?
Our Wall Plaques are prints on lithograph paper that are permanently fixed onto MDF wood. We wrap the corners of the MDF Wood with white foil, so the MDF texture is only visible on the back of the product.
Pillow Questions
What types of pillows do you offer?
Our product line currently offers two sizes of throw pillows, 18"x18" and 14"x20". Our pillow cases are available in both indoor and outdoor polyester options. Artwork is printed on one side of the polyester case leaving a white frame around the artwork.
Are the indoor and outdoor throw pillows made from the same material?
Both our indoor and outdoor pillows are made of 100% polyester. Indoor pillows feature a plush polyester material, while outdoor pillows are crafted from a sleeker, quick-dry polyester. Both styles include the same polyester filling insert.
What are the care instructions for polyester throw pillows?
To wash, remove the filling insert from the casing using the attached zipper. Machine wash the pillowcase separately on a delicate cycle with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, hang dry. The pillow insert is spot clean only.
Is the print on both sides of the pillow?
The print is only featured on one side of the pillow and is centered on the front. Due to our printing process, there is a white border around the image to ensure a clean, balanced presentation. The back of the pillow remains solid white.
Are all Wall Art designs available for Printed Pillows?
While many of some designs are available across both wall art and pillows, not all designs have a matching wall art or pillow counterpart. Due to licensing restrictions and differences in artwork dimensions, some designs are exclusive to specific formats. We’re always expanding our collections, so feel free to explore our catalog or reach out if you're looking for a specific pairing!
Product Warranties
To claim this warranty, customers must contact our customer service team with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect. We reserve the right to refund, repair or replace the defective product, at our discretion.
Wall Art
Wall Art Coverage Details: This warranty covers all wall art products, including stretched canvas, floating frame canvas, framed giclée, framed prints under glass and wooden wall plaques, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Our wall art warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. This includes warping of frames, fading of colors when not exposed to direct sunlight, and peeling or bubbling of prints under normal indoor environmental conditions.
Wall Art Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling or hanging, direct exposure to harsh sunlight, high humidity, or other damaging environmental conditions. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that do not affect the structural integrity or functionality of the product.
Printed Pillows
Pillow Coverage Details: Our pillow warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of 6 Months from the date of purchase. This includes issues with the fabric, zippers, stitching, and filler material such as unexpected clumping or loss of shape under normal usage conditions.
Pillow Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the pillow, or damage resulting from misuse, such as improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals, and physical abuse. Stains, fading, and damage from outdoor elements are not covered under this warranty.
