Order Processing
Order Processing Times
All Stupell Industries' products are print-on-demand and typically take one business day to print after the order is received. Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Business days are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST.
Stupell Industries’ offices are closed on the following holidays: Independence Day, Memorial Day, Victory Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. This will allow you to track your package and see the estimated delivery date. All orders ship from Johnston, RI and should take up to 5 business days to arrive. If you encounter any problems with your tracking number, please contact Stupell Industries' customer service team.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order receives tracking information, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order before has shipped and received tracking, please contact our customer service team immediately. If you decide to refuse the shipment upon arrival, please contact our customer service team with the order and and tracking numbers to alert us of the returned shipment.
Shipping Policy
Free Standard Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to the continental United States. Please note that we only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Shipping Methods
We use FedEx and UPS as our primary shipping methods at Stupell Industries. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Box or Freight Forwarding Locations. We are unable to change any shipping destinations once the order has been placed. Please reach out to our customer service team if you encounter any issues with the delivery of your package.
Drop Ship Availability
We’re sorry, but we do not offer drop shipping at this time. If you’re a third-party seller interested in carrying our products, you can explore a curated catalog on Faire, where we partner with retailers directly.
Expedited Shipments
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping directly through our website—all orders ship via standard delivery within 1–3 business days. If you need your item faster, many of our products are also available through Amazon, where Prime members can take advantage of their shipping time frame.
Damaged Shipments
We understand receiving a damaged shipment is one of the most frustrating experiences with online shopping. Stupell Industries wants to make the process easy for you. Please contact our customer service team within one week of the shipment’s delivery date to report a damaged shipment. Please have a photograph of the shipping container and product readily available when you file your claim. Our customer service team will review your claim and follow up with additional steps.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
We want to make sure you receive your order. If your tracking never shows as delivered and the package seems lost in transit, we’ll gladly help with a replacement or refund. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, however, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items. If this happens, we recommend double-checking with neighbors or your household, and then reaching out to the carrier for further assistance.
Return Policy
Stupell.com Returns
You can return unused products (excluding custom prints) up to 30 days from the tracking delivery date. Please reach out to our customer service team to file a return request. Stupell Industries is not responsible for any returns sent to the shipping facility without a return claim. All personalized and custom products are final sale only and cannot be returned. Once a return has been received, it will take 2-3 business days for it to be approved and refunded. Stupell Industries is not responsible for bank processing times for approved refunds. Stupell Industries does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Market Place Returns
If you purchased our products through a third-party marketplace (such as Amazon, Walmart.com, Kohls.com, Michaels.com, Wayfair, or Beyond Inc.), all return requests must be filed directly with that marketplace. Due to their specific terms and conditions, only the marketplace’s customer support team can authorize and process your return.
Custom and Personalized Products
Because custom and personalized items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on them. Please double-check all details before placing your order to ensure everything is correct.
Return Shipping Costs
We’re happy to accept eligible returns, but please note that return shipping labels and costs are the responsibility of the customer. This helps us keep our product prices fair for everyone. You’re welcome to choose the shipping carrier that works best for you.
Product Warranties
Wall Art Product Warranty
Wall Art Coverage Details: This warranty covers all wall art products, including stretched canvas, floating frame canvas, framed giclée, and wooden wall plaques, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Our wall art warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. This includes warping of frames, fading of colors when not exposed to direct sunlight, and peeling or bubbling of prints under normal indoor environmental conditions.
Wall Art Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling or hanging, direct exposure to harsh sunlight, high humidity, or other damaging environmental conditions. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that do not affect the structural integrity or functionality of the product.
Throw Pillow Product Warranty
Pillow Coverage Details: Our pillow warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of 6 Months from the date of purchase. This includes issues with the fabric, zippers, stitching, and filler material such as unexpected clumping or loss of shape under normal usage conditions.
Pillow Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the pillow, or damage resulting from misuse, such as improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals, and physical abuse. Stains, fading, and damage from outdoor elements are not covered under this warranty.
Filing Claims
To claim this warranty, customers must contact our customer service team with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect. We reserve the right to refund, repair or replace the defective product, at our discretion.
