Image Standards
We print your image exactly as it’s submitted — no enhancements or magic tricks outside of the customizable interface. In worst case scenarios we will use AI Software to fit your image to our product. For the highest quality results, follow these simple guidelines:
1. Use a Scanner for Printed Photos
- Scanning a physical photo provides the best quality and highest level of detail.
- Avoid taking a photo of a photo — this often causes blur, glare, and loss of detail.
2. Send Larger Files
- For digital photos, we recommend 300 dpi, and with dimensions similar to the print size.
- If your photo is 72 dpi, the smallest dimension should be at least 30".
- Smaller files may look grainy or pixelated when printed.
3. Choose Well-Lit Photos
- Use well-lit photos for best results.
- A bright, crisp photo will produce a bright, crisp print.
- Be cautious with photos taken on phones in low light — they’re more likely to appear blurry.
4. Avoid using Social Media Downloads
Avoid downloading images directly from social media platforms. These images are typically compressed, resized, and stripped of important quality data, making them unsuitable for professional printing. Always request original, high-resolution files from the artist, customer, or source.

Floating frames are available in Jet Black, Barnwood Elm, Metallic Gold, and Luster Gray to match a variety of styles and spaces.
