SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders from Johnston, Rhode Island within 1–3 business days. Production and handling times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

SHIPPING SERVICE & RATES

We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States.

At this time, we do not offer:

  • Expedited or express shipping

  • International shipping

  • Shipping outside the contiguous U.S.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

For security and carrier compliance reasons, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Freight forwarders or re-shipment services

  • Third-party dropship locations

Orders using restricted address types may be canceled.

DELIVERY

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, transit times are controlled by the carrier. Weather, distance, and carrier volume may affect delivery timelines.

DROPSHIPPING

We do not offer dropship services, blind shipping, or fulfillment on behalf of third-party sellers. Orders must be placed directly through this website for personal end-use.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect addresses.

FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or inability to deliver, a reshipment fee may apply.
